Common Changes
Common requests include address correction, item change, quantity adjustment, cancellation request, or support with checkout information. We will review whether the request can be completed before processing advances.
Limitations
Once an order enters processing, packing, fulfillment, or shipping, changes may not be possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after operational work has started.
